Terry Fisher is currently Secretary/Treasurer of Terracon Services, Inc., a landscape maintenance and contracting company, and President of Terracon Nurseries, Inc., a field grown nursery operation. His responsibilities include overseeing the landscape contracting division, purchasing, scheduling of jobs, sales, overseeing design projects, and overseeing nursery and tree farm crews in the production of field grown material. He has been the project manager on many large residential and commercial landscape projects including the South Florida Water Management District Headquarters Building renovation, Town of Jupiter and Village of Tequesta streetscape installations, and a variety of medical office buildings throughout south Florida. Terry has worked successfully with a number of local landscape architect firms including Howard Ostrout & Associates, Urban Design Studios, George Gentile & Associates and Cotleur & Hearing.

Mr. Baglia is currently Vice President and Maintenance Manager of a landscape maintenance company, Terracon Services, Inc. He is responsible for the landscape maintenance division which does government, commercial and high end residential accounts. For that division he manages the sales, bidding, scheduling, crew supervision, equipment and supplies purchasing. In addition, he manages all administration functions as well as organizing and supervising specialty crews for spray, fertilization and irrigation.
